About Troubled Puzzles

Troubled Puzzles Escape Rooms was born from a love of creating experiences that bring people together and make people think differently. What began as a gig at an escape room running games and repairing tech quickly turned into a passion for designing puzzles and immersive experiences. Over time, the most rewarding part became seeing people hit that “aha” moment when everything suddenly makes sense and excitement takes over.

That feeling is what inspires everything behind Troubled Puzzles. In the same way great video games or mystery novels create moments that make people feel smart, accomplished, and completely pulled in, the goal here is to create puzzles that give people that same experience. Whether it’s solving something unexpected, thinking outside the box, or working together as a group, every experience at Troubled Puzzles is designed to leave people feeling excited, challenged, and proud of figuring it out.
